5 Things I Want To Help My Audience

I want to help stressed-out moms reclaim themselves and their self-love and rediscover their own personal dreams and goals.

  1. Find ways to relieve stress and discover inner calm
Let’s face it, stress is a constant companion of life. But don’t get me wrong! Stress can be a good thing. A little amount of stress can actually be a good motivator and a good push to achieve things, but when it gets too much that’s when overwhelm comes in. So, from time to time, we need litte reminders on how to reclaim our inner calm and find ways to de-stress.
  2. Find tips on how to be more organised
Being organised is a powerful tool on being productive. As a mom, I have learned along the way that being organised is an important key in productivity, especially when we have loads of things to do, right? It’s like having a step by step guide and how many times have we benefited and achieved things from following steps and having a guide. And when we’re organised, it’s like having a declutter of our thoughts too!
  3. Boost confidence
Maybe it’s just me, but along my journey of motherhood, there was a point where I lost my self-confidence. I did not like the way I looked and felt about myself. I looked tired all the time (well, I still do!), had dark circles from lack of sleep, the postpartum belly that just doesn’t go away, falling hair and the list could go on! But the one thing I realised was that, I based my self-worth on how other people thought about me or what they may say and think about me. And when I started to shift my mindset and started to look deeper into my self, I’ve rekindled my confidence. Win!
  4. Feel empowered to achieve their goals. Sometimes, unintentionally, once becoming a parent, personal goals and dreams are put aside to cater to the needs of a growing family. We shift from being self serving to being of service to others. But we need to recognise and realise that we are our own identity with our own personal goals and dreams, and that achieving those dreams does not mean abandoning your family or being self centred. And by achieving our goals and dreams is a good way to teach our kids that they too can achieve what they want to do and who they want to be.
  5. Rediscover self through self love and self care
How many times have we heard about self love and self care is not being selfish? Well, it’s true. For only through loving ourselves and taking care of ourselves can we actually give love and care to our family and others. We need to fill our cups first before we can pour out to our loved ones. We need to be the best versions of ourselves to set as example to our children.

Motherhood is a constant challenge and we keep learning along the way. We might have heard of the saying that there is no handbook for motherhood or parenting in general. As tough as it may be, motherhood is also a blessing and a privilege. And to be the best mothers, we need to embrace the challenges and the joy of motherhood. And to have that joy, we have to be the best versions of ourselves by finding our inner peace and calm, being empowered and loving ourselves and taking good care of ourselves.

YOU ARE EMPOWERED AND YOU ARE A GODDESS!
