Hi, I’m Dorothy, a mum to 2 beautiful girls, a wife to a handsome, introverted Transylvanian guy, and a Registered Nurse. I want to inspire and to empower mums to reclaim their identities, confidence and change their limiting beliefs into a more positive and empowering outlook. Being a mum alone is already a full time job in itself, and if working full time, can be very exhausting and it is so easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of life and responsibilities.
I can totally relate to that feeling of being lost, unmotivated, insecure, and neglected your needs and happinness to cater others. And I don’t blame you, it is in your nature to nurture, as a woman and as a mum.
I would like to help you with changing your mindset and transforming your limiting beliefs and be the best version of yourself. I want to help you reclaim your self love and be confident of who you are. I want to help you with some tips in fashion, skin care, budgeting, relationships and everything in between.
I am really good at listening (friends mostly come to me to vent and I could listen for hours!), and multitasking.
I am in the process of getting my life coaching certification. Coaching called me when I realised that people actually come to me to share their experiences and I wanted to be in a position where I can actually help and offer more solutions than just listening.
Lets’s get to know each other. Here are a few things about me:
- I was born and raised in the Philippines and came to the UK in 2009 to work in healthcare.
- I am a night owl- as a result of doing night shifts for 10 years and ongoing!
- Please do not disturb me before my morning cup of coffee
- I love reading crime fiction- making me a bit paranoid
- I’m a half introvert and half extrovert
- When I get stressed I go online shopping- adding to more stress because of the bill!
- Like Olaf, I love warm hugs
- I am a beach bum but don’t know how to swim
- My family is everything and I’d jump in front of a train for them
- I love the feeling of making people feel good and happy And last but not least, I dislike the words ” I cannot” because YOU CAN and YOU GOT THIS!
